Still Wanting is a two-day conference for clinicians, students, and anyone navigating the terrain of desire, intimacy, and change — held together in the same room, over the same conversation.

For therapists, physicians, and allied professionals: evidence-based frameworks and clinically actionable interventions across infidelity and betrayal trauma (day one) and perimenopause, menopause, and the neuroendocrine shifts of midlife (day two). Sessions emphasize case conceptualization, treatment planning, and modality-specific technique.

For students and the general public: the same rooms, the same speakers, the same candid conversation about what most of us are quietly moving through — with plain language, real questions, and no clinical prerequisite. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

No license needed. Still Wanting is open to mental health and medical professionals, researchers, and anyone seeking deeper understanding of infidelity, menopause, and sexual desire.
Are group registrations available?
Yes — reach out to info@modernsextherapy.com and we’ll help coordinate registration for your practice, program, or organization.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We get it — things happen and plans change. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another MSTI event.
